What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will help define our Strategic Account Model and establish best practices for our top-tier strategic accounts, directly influencing customer adoption, expansion, and retention in the construction technology space. You will act as a key leader, building a white-glove engagement culture that transforms how strategic clients realize value from Trimble Construction One.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Strategic Customer Success Managers overseeing complex, enterprise-level customer relationships.

  • Establish, operationalize, and continuously enhance the Strategic Accounts Customer Success playbook to drive consistent, high-impact account execution.

  • Champion measurable business outcomes across customer adoption, value realization, renewal performance, and portfolio growth.

  • Cultivate strong executive relationships and partner with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Product, and Services to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

  • Proactively leverage data and customer insights to monitor portfolio health, mitigate risks, and resolve high-impact escalations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing leadership function within SaaS or enterprise technology, including 4+ years leading teams.

  • Proven experience managing strategic, enterprise-level accounts with demonstrated accountability for driving customer value, retention, and growth outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success in engaging senior customer executives, building cross-functional alignment, and managing complex business relationships.

  • Strong background in core Customer Success disciplines, including strategic account planning, health scoring, renewal forecasting, and risk management.

  • Proficiency with key enterprise technologies such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and G-Suite.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience within the construction technology, AECO, or related industrial tech sectors.

  • Global leadership background managing international customer-facing or professional services operations.

Logistics:

Location: Atlanta, GA; Westminster, CO; or Lake Oswego, OR (in office)

Travel Requirement: 30%

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$89,700.00–$123,500.00
