The Opportunity
As a Management Consulting - Workforce Solutions Intern, you will engage with clients to support their workforce transformation initiatives, focusing on change management and communications. Within our Advisory practice, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects that guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to impactful solutions.
As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, conducting research, and observing professional work environments. You will be encouraged to apply a learning mindset, actively listen, and express ideas clearly. This role emphasizes gaining exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies, allowing you to develop your personal brand and build commercial awareness.
In this role, you will contribute to enhancing people experience services, helping businesses create a positive and engaging employee environment. You will be involved in developing strategies that drive productivity, satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in executing change management and communication strategies
- Participating in the development of workforce solutions to enhance employee experience
- Conducting research and gathering data to assist in business analysis and change impact assessments
- Observing and learning from experienced consultants to understand client support processes
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of organizational change initiatives
- Engaging in active listening and applying feedback to improve project contributions
- Collaborating with team members to develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Contributing to the creation of innovative solutions for enhancing people experience within organizations
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Applied Math, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology?, International Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Behavior?, Organizational Psychology
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Supporting teams in change management and communications projects
- Participating in enhancing people experience initiatives
- Learning and applying digital core modernization strategies
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
