The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Private Asr - Senior Accountant, you will focus on managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role, you will be providing strategic guidance to clients to optimize their financial performance. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Responsibilities
- Managing financial records and conducting data analysis to support compliance with accounting standards
- Providing strategic financial guidance to optimize client performance and inform business decisions
- Conducting budgeting and forecasting activities to anticipate financial trends and challenges
- Analyzing financial statements and preparing reports to deliver insights for decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to address financial reporting and accounting advisory needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
- Maintaining general ledger accounts and performing account reconciliations
- Engaging in stakeholder management to build and sustain meaningful client relationships
- Applying critical thinking to navigate complex financial scenarios and deliver quality outcomes
- Embracing change and leveraging digital tools to enhance financial processes and reporting
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Current pursuit of the CPA or an active CPA license
- Prior experience in public accounting or a controllership environment
- Applying proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Bill.com, Ramp, and Double
- Excelling in accounting advisory and financial reporting standards
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
- Embracing change and demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments
- Managing stakeholder relationships with effective communication skills
- Leveraging AI fluency for innovative financial solutions
- Applying critical thinking to solve intricate accounting challenges
The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
