Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support on LTL system and processes
  • Assist in LTL shipment issues such as damaged, delayed, or lost freight
  • Help identify the proper classification for LTL shipments
  • Provide LTL rates for agents and customers
  • Coordinate and schedule pick-up and/or delivery appointments
  • Work with development on technology issues and improvements
  • Participate fully in the “on-boarding” process of both current and new customer/agent accounts
  • Assist with information regarding carrier’s rules tariffs and fees that apply

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years in a customer service-oriented position 
  • Transportation & logistics experience preferred
  • Customer service and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
