Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support on LTL system and processes
- Assist in LTL shipment issues such as damaged, delayed, or lost freight
- Help identify the proper classification for LTL shipments
- Provide LTL rates for agents and customers
- Coordinate and schedule pick-up and/or delivery appointments
- Work with development on technology issues and improvements
- Participate fully in the “on-boarding” process of both current and new customer/agent accounts
- Assist with information regarding carrier’s rules tariffs and fees that apply
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years in a customer service-oriented position
- Transportation & logistics experience preferred
- Customer service and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
