About the RoleAre you known for your attention to detail and pride yourself in being a responsible logistics professional? Come join us as a Logistics Coordinator II. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for moving inventory, equipment, and goods throughout our operation. You'll maintain meticulous transportation records and vehicle maintenance logs while using MS Office tools to manage critical inventory data. You'll collaborate with our supply chain team to ensure seamless operations, processing essential shipping and receiving documentation with precision and care. Your eye for detail and accuracy with numbers will be instrumental in maintaining inventory integrity across our facilities. You'll have the opportunity to learn and apply supply chain principles while operating various vehicles to transport valuable materials where they're needed most.About You

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Primary POC to move inventory, GSE and goods.

  • Maintain accurate transportation records.

  • Maintain vehicle maintenance logs

  • Use basic computer skills and MS Office tools to manage inventory data. 

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth supply chain operations. 

  • Assist in preparing and processing shipping and receiving documentation. 

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with numbers to maintain inventory integrity. 

  • Learn and adhere to supply chain and logistics principles and techniques. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma required. Demonstrated progress towards formal training or education preferred. 

  • Typically 1+ years of experience. 

  • Certifications: Ability to obtain internal certification. 

  • Clean MVR

  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. 

  • Basic computer skills, and MS Office. 

  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles and techniques preferred. 

  • Ability to obtain forklift certification. 

  • Ability to obtain DOT certification per company requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in operating Box trucks, Flatbed and SUV’s.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new inventory management systems and procedures. 

  • Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inventory issues. 



Compensation:

Pay Range:

$20.73 - $28.52

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.

Additional Requirements:

  • Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps

  • Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity

  • Frequently requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors

  • Occasionally requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes

  • Frequently lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasionally exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.)

  • Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials

  • Occasionally exposed to loud noises

  • Safety Sensitive Position:

  • Responsible for the safety and security of people or property

  • Inspects, handles or transports explosives, dangerous or hazardous materials

  • Inspects structures, equipment or vehicles

  • Performs aviation related duties

  • Operate or supervise vehicles, heavy or dangerous equipment or machinery
