SUMMARY:

The LN Support Analyst - Finance possesses excellent LN finance and costing functional skills, as well as the ability to understand business processes and map them in LN. Collaborate with providing end-user support, work with business users to understand and document the business requirements, translate business requirements into defining product specifications, work with developers to implement the engineered solution, test and develop the training documentation necessary for end users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in LN implementation efforts (Finance) to include process mapping, training key users, preparing training material, guides, go-live activities, post-go-live activities, and providing the project manager with status and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the team on financial integration document types mapping in the mapping scheme to include mapping error resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the team on end-user support, resolving user-reported issues, investigating, testing, and providing a resolution to resolve bugs at the root cause level.
  • Develop Knowledge Base Articles & Work Instructions/User Guides.
  • Facilitate and conduct user training sessions and train users.
  • Work with the business to translate the needs and work with business users, cross-functional teams, developers, and testers to design, develop, and test new solutions.
  • Work proactively to improve current processes and to drive down the user support issues.
  • Knowledge sharing with peers & training team members to strengthen the Support Team.
  • Business travel requires a minimum of 20%.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
  • Coordinate and manage minor projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience 7+ years of troubleshooting experience in LN Finance and manufacturing functional areas. This includes advanced knowledge in Finance modules (ACP, ACR, and Cost Accounting), General Ledger, databases, Master Data, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
  • Technical and functional experience in ERP LN Finance modules, LN Database, defining interfaces between different versions of LN (10.4, Cloud suite, etc.)
  • Candidates should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and fix the problems in standard and customized environments.
  • Candidates should be able to work with business users to collect and document the business requirements, define product specifications based on business requirements, work with developers and/or testers to get the solution developed and tested, and develop the training guides/work instructions and train end users.
  • Strong IT Computer Science background and Financial/Accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to understand and map financial integrations document types in the Mapping Scheme.
  • Requires Good Coordination and Communication skills within IT and Business teams.
  • Ability to effectively work as a team member with the rest of the IT members.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage minor projects.
  • Detail-oriented and highly innovative.
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP LN Finance and Cost Accounting functional area.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience in software implementation utilizing INFOR LN.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Pay range for this role: $94,600 - $130,000
