Position Overview:
The Livestream Operations department executes a high volume of live, virtual sessions for numerous brands at Colibri. We are looking for an experienced leader to help guide their team and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The Livestream Operations Manager will oversee department employees and moderators, and ensure classes meet regulatory requirements and Colibri standards. Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, team development, and the ability to delegate responsibilities in a fast-moving environment with concurrently running events.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a group of Livestream Operations specialists, coordinators, and moderators.
- Oversee team PTO, schedules, performance reviews, 1:1’s.
- Manage on-call schedule (nights and weekends) for the brands they support.
- Support the moderators’ staffing needs.
- Create and maintain contracts for moderating team.
- Meet with business units and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Assist customer service with livestream escalations as needed.
- Supervise and assist in the adoption, collection, and tracking of Livestream Operations KPIs.
- Ensuring process instructions, guides, and FAQs are followed and updated as needed.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, operations, or business preferred.
- 2-5 years of team management.
- Experience and knowledge of online education, streaming, and virtual training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Team development and mentorship.
- Knowledge of Zoom functionality.
- Microsoft Office including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- NetSuite and Jira experience a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate, build, and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to leverage your creativity, intellect, and results-oriented attitude to advance Colibri’s vision for the future.
