Provides remote litigation support to attorneys handling personal injury cases. Responsibilities include drafting and formatting legal documents, court e-filing, maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, coordinating with clients and legal professionals, assisting with discovery, preparing case summaries and trial materials, conducting legal research, and performing administrative duties.

We partner with U.S.-based law firms to connect them with skilled international professionals for long-term, remote opportunities. One of our client firms is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to join their team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates with prior litigation support experience.
- Assist attorneys with the day-to-day management of personal injury litigation cases.
- Draft, prepare, and format pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- File legal documents with state and federal courts, including electronic filing where applicable.
- Maintain and organize electronic case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other important litigation dates.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, experts, and other third parties.
- Assist with all phases of discovery, including preparing responses, organizing records, and managing document production.
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, trial binders, and other litigation support materials.
- Conduct legal and factual research as directed by attorneys.
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and the legal team.
- Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only).
- Previous experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal is required.
- Experience working in a U.S. law firm supporting litigation matters.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, deadlines, and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with state and federal e-filing systems.
- Familiarity with litigation support and document management platforms.
