Candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. This position reports to the Services Team manager and involves collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and other members of the Legal Services Team within the Legal Affairs department.

• Provides administrative support to attorneys and Services Team members as necessary.
• Prioritizes meetings and manages calendar effectively based on business priorities.
• Identifies and implements solutions to issues using an ownership approach.
• Utilizes various systems, including matter management, ebilling, expense reports, and other technology platforms as required.
• Communicates with executive assistants of senior leaders across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Independently manage performance and time management responsibilities.
• Demonstrates skills in prioritization, organization, proofreading, and office administration.
• Exhibits initiative and anticipates professional needs.
• Provides back-up assistance during colleagues' absence.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) and SharePoint; able to resolve fundamental software issues and learn new systems efficiently.
• Arrange business travel, including airlines, hotels, and transportation, and submit expense reimbursement requests promptly.
• Maintains documents and records according to administrative and record retention policies.
• Assists with department projects as required, exercising judgment within the scope of responsibility and performing other assigned work-related duties.
