Role Overview:The main purpose of the role is to educate and support Americas based users of Accuris, as well as occasionally supporting customers in the EMEA and APAC regions. As a Learning Specialist within the Customer Education team your main duties are to provide support to customers after the sale and increase the customers' knowledge and adoption of the solutions through training and mentoring. You will also have an integral role to be the customer advocate internally, liaising closely with various internal teams such as Product Management or Marketing. You will further have a chance to contribute to and lead various Customer Experience projects.

Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. - Create, schedule and deliver training to internal and external customers of Accuris, both online and onsite. Focus will be on Government customers.
 - Conduct proper follow up after training.
 - Provide customers with support and mentoring on Engineering workflows utilizing Accuris solutions.
 - Present the value proposition of Accuris Solutions.
 - Be a Customer Advocate internally, providing feedback to sales and product teams.
 - Establish and sustain relationships with internal teams, such as Product Management, Customer Experience and Sales.
 - Create and maintain training and support materials.
 - Become an expert user of Accuris products.
 
Qualifications:
- Degree in education, engineering or related discipline and/or relevant experience
 - Experience working with Government entities
 - Creativity in designing trainings and the ability to adjust to changing needs
 - Relationship building and management skills
 - Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
 - Self-starter with excellent time management skills
 - Highly articulate and confident presenting in front of larger crowds
 - Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
 - Additional languages are a plus
