The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. The ideal candidate is a data-driven SaaS marketer with deep experience orchestrating cross-functional campaigns that move target accounts from awareness to closed-won.
What You'll Do
- Own the ABM Strategy: Design and lead a multi-tiered ABM framework (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) aligned to Accuris' growth priorities across Engineering Intelligence and Supply Chain Intelligence suites.
- Orchestrate 360° Campaigns: Integrate digital, content, events, SDR, and sales touchpoints to surround target accounts with coordinated experiences that accelerate buying decisions.
- Activate Data & Insights: Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps and Sales to segment accounts, identify buying groups, and leverage intent and engagement data to drive precision targeting.
- Measure What Matters: Define KPIs and dashboards that connect ABM performance to pipeline, bookings, and ROI - not just MQLs.
- Lead Agency & Vendor Relationships: Manage ABM technology stack and agency partners to maximize impact and scale.
- Coach and Collaborate: Partner across Marketing (Product, Content, and Digital) to embed ABM best practices into campaigns, launches, and customer expansions.
What You Bring
- 8-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading ABM or strategic demand generation for SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling multi-channel ABM programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.
- Deep understanding of sales alignment, buyer journey orchestration, and the interplay between brand, content, and demand.
- Hands-on experience with ABM tech stack (6sense (preference), Demandbase, Terminus, ZoomInfo, HubSpot/SFDC integrations).
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable with KPIs, funnel metrics, and ROI modeling.
- Ability to move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and thrive in a growth-stage environment.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator - able to build trust across Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.
