  • Lead onboarding for new trainers, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
Provide peer review of End-of-Training Leadership Recaps and other key deliverables before stakeholder distribution.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Attend Line of Business planning meetings to forecast training needs and align on cadence based on anticipated headcount.
  • Partner with product owners post-training to review outcomes, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain training frameworks and best practices to standardize and elevate training quality across all products.
  • Proactively monitor team performance and stakeholder communications for consistency and adherence.
  • Lead immediate problem-solving during training sessions (e.g., class disruptions, conflicts, knowledge check failures).
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and create clear escalation guides in partnership with HRBPs (e.g., attendance, behavior, performance issues).

Reporting & Demonstrating Value

  • Design and deliver reporting that highlights training participation, engagement, and business impact.
  • Provide executive-ready summaries and recommendations to leadership.

What You’ll Bring:
