Job Description:
- At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
- Technically sound knowledge in VoIP Protocols ( SIP,H.323 )
- Prior technology implementation in Unified Communication, Contact Center, Gateway solution products for Cisco, Avaya, Sonus.
- Good understanding on PSTN/PBAX solution deployments.
- Good knowledge on various troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, sipp, network tools, TranslatorX).
- Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.
- Good understanding on product SLA’s and support metrics.
- Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.
- Ability to reason and think logically
- Strong attention to detail in regards to project planning and documentation
- Strong organizational and sales skills.
- Display willingness to help others, a pleasant personality, a courteous manner, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to apply judgment, implement solutions, and resolve conflicts, all in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects.
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in IT
