About your new role:

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager with a strong background in networking, monitoring, and SaaS infrastructure to lead the strategy and execution. In this role, you'll drive the vision and roadmap for systems that power provisioning, network operations, observability, and billing/finance automation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and visibility across our global platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for internal products focused on network provisioning, monitoring, and observability across our SaaS infrastructure.
  • Partner with network engineering, DevOps, and NOC teams to identify operational gaps and deliver tools that improve uptime, performance visibility, and automation.
  • Drive development of monitoring and alerting platforms, integrating telemetry, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance incident detection and response.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure seamless integration between billing, provisioning, and network systems, supporting accurate usage tracking and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, reduce manual workflows, and increase system transparency.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to design internal tools that are intuitive, efficient, and optimized for technical users.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for network health, provisioning success rates, and service reliability, using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in network automation, observability, and SaaS infrastructure management to ensure our internal systems remain cutting-edge.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.


What you'll need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on network infrastructure, monitoring systems, or operational platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, SD-WAN, network automation).
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or similar.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience collaborating with network engineering and DevOps teams to deliver highly reliable, scalable systems.
  • Strong Agile experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical products.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver tools that improve network visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency.

The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region.
