Team Runway is the central change management and deployment team in the Village. We partner with teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives. This position supports the implementation of Schedule Hub.  Schedule Hub is the Village’s new patient and teammate scheduling tool for ICHD & Nocturnal centers.

The Schedule Hub Deployment Lead will provide support for the Schedule Hub project deployment using process improvement and change management methodologies. The Schedule Hub Deployment Lead will work with the Schedule Hub Project Team. This individual is expected to support end users to use the Schedule Hub application competently and confidently while supporting them to move through the change curve.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. A successful individual will operate with a high-level of emotional intelligence, patience, technological savvy and the ability to educate the users on new functionality and benefits of Schedule Hub.

The role of the Schedule Hub Deployment Lead during Schedule Hub deployment will include:

  • Adhere to Schedule Hub change management and deployment plans, and executing on key implementation T- activities
  • Communicate clearly to all end users and executive leaders with strong presentation, communication and instruction and presentation skills.
  • Partner with the Schedule Hub Change Management Team to execute on deployment strategies and distribute collateral to drive the Schedule Hub’s implementation and adoption
  • Drive completion of all deployment actives and engagement from leadership to ensure a successful deployment of the Schedule Hub tool. 
  • Oversee DaVita Schedulers (end users) onboarding and training through live sessions, weekly check-ins, and teammate training tracking
  • Facilitate Schedule Hub Live training curricula and Virtual Learning Labs
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Schedulers (end users)
  • Contribute to reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards to provide insight and analysis for Schedule Hub deployment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Training:  Deliver Schedule Hub curricula to FAs/Schedulers, RODS in person and learning labs via webex

  • Oversee FAs/Schedulers onboarding and training throughout Schedule Hub Deployment
  • Support assigned Pilot Centers, FAs pre-, during, and post- Go Live
  • Assist in troubleshooting application
  • Provides ongoing support and additional training as needed
  • Reinforces behaviors and proper application usage

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Schedule Hub documentation and utilization question

  • Responsible for the successful completion of all training and training activities in assigned deployment wave(s)

Change Management: Work with Schedule Hub Director & Managers to execute on various elements of change management methodology, including but not limited to:

  • Training Plan
  • Change Reinforcement

Understand change methodology and apply it effectively.

  • Engage with Field partners to explain, gather, and report feedback.
  • Share findings from feedback to influence or adapt the change approach.

3. Written & Oral Communication / Building Relationships: Easily builds rapport within cross-functional project teams. Is collaborative and an informal influencer.

  • Build appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks
  • Navigate cross functional relationships effectively
  • Present comfortably and compellingly to multiple audiences.

Work closely with field teammates and develop strong relationships with operators and clinicians to inform and drive project outcomes.

4. Data & Analytics: Analyze, interpret, and QA data. Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption.

  • Use data to identify next steps and turns insights into actions
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and is able to build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on project needs

5. Data Entry in Schedule Hub Tool:  Enter data and validate for initial setup in Schedule Hub for participating pilot centers.

6. Project Management: Effectively manage time and task completion with minimal support and oversight. Develop and complete collateral in a timely fashion. Ability to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams.

Salary/ Wage Range

$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / year

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. • New York Exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: • Bellingham: $17.66/hour • Burien: $21.16/hour • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour • Renton: $20.90/hour • Seattle: $20.76/hour • Tukwila: $21.10/hour • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
