💰 Total earnings: $185,000–$200,000 (base + bonus)
- Licensed PMHNP (active CO license) + DEA eligibility

You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs.
What You’ll Do- Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
- Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
- Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
- Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
- Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
- Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
