Requires an actively licensed Colorado Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Colorado DEA licensure, an active NPI, and direct clinical care experience.

Provide evidence-based psychiatric care to adults, young adults, and children; manage medications, support patients in crisis, collaborate with an integrated clinical team, and complete timely documentation. The role requires an actively licensed Colorado PMHNP with Colorado DEA licensure and an active NPI. Medication-management experience is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical practices across an assigned territory. Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach, manage referral pipelines, track activity and opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve referral access. Analyze referral trends, prioritize growth opportunities, and drive market expansion while supporting increased access to mental health services.
