About your new role:

As a Lead Product Manager at Command|Link, you will own product management for our Pro and Enterprise offerings. Command|Link is at an inflection point: we are scaling our platform, expanding into adjacent product lines, and building our own internet infrastructure. Pro and Enterprise are where our largest customers live, and where the bar for reliability, depth, and commercial fit is highest.

This role is for a hands-on PM who thrives when the path isn't fully paved. You will work directly with engineering, sales, and customers to define what we build, why we build it, and how it ties to revenue. You will own outcomes, not just scope features.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

  • Own the roadmap for our Pro and Enterprise products, with clear linkage between what ships and the revenue, retention, and expansion outcomes it drives.
  • Write the PRDs, scope the releases, and run the day-to-day cadence with engineering.
  • Make prioritization calls that reflect both customer pull and platform direction, and defend those calls with data and customer evidence.
  • Know when to say no. Individual requests are inputs, not directives. You wait for patterns to emerge across multiple customers before committing engineering resources.

Customer & Revenue Focus

  • Engage personally with Pro and Enterprise customers to validate direction, surface gaps, and pressure-test bets.
  • Partner with sales on pipeline, win rates, and renewals. Understand which deals are gated on roadmap and why.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions for the Pro and Enterprise tiers, and help shape the GTM motion that follows each release.
  • Be fluent in the gap between what's shipped and what's coming. You help sales sell forward on roadmap with confidence, and you make sure the commitments behind that hold.

Execution

  • Drive disciplined execution: clear briefs, sharp tradeoffs, fast feedback loops, and shipped outcomes.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering to compress cycle time without losing quality or strategic intent.
  • Move from concept to customer demo in days, not quarters. Rapid prototyping is a core part of how we validate and sell.
  • Hold the line between internal use and customer use. If our own operations team wouldn't trust it on a hard day, it's not ready to ship.

Cross-Functional Work

  • Be the connective tissue between customer reality, sales motion, and engineering capacity for the Pro and Enterprise tiers.
  • Stay close to the field. Regular alignment with AEs and SEs on what's resonating in deals, and what isn't, is part of the job.
  • Represent your product area internally to leadership and externally to customers when needed.

What You'll Need for Success

  • Product management experience shipping B2B or enterprise SaaS product. You've owned a roadmap, written the briefs, and seen releases through from concept to customer use.
  • A track record of tying product decisions to revenue, retention, and expansion. You can articulate the impact of product choices in commercial terms, not just usage metrics.
  • Experience navigating the tension between what sales wants today and what the platform needs long-term, and a history of holding both without losing either.
  • Comfort selling forward on roadmap in enterprise deals. You understand the discipline required to make commitments that hold, and the cost when they don't.
  • Hands-on PM craft. You write tight PRDs, run sharp customer interviews, and add value in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Comfortable in technical product domains. You don't need to write the code, but you need to engage credibly with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and platform decisions.
  • A pattern of getting in the room with customers rather than relying on secondhand research, and using that signal to shape direction.
  • You move fast, decide with incomplete information, and course-correct in flight. You prefer clarity and velocity over process for process's sake.
  • A history of being trusted by sales, engineering, and peers. You build alignment through substance, not theater.
