Owns channel sales and business development across assigned regions, recruiting and activating strategic partners and subagents. Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Educates partners on products, processes, value propositions, and commitments while expanding customer relationships and achieving quota. Collaborates with sales leadership on go-to-market strategy, growth goals, and partner engagement.

Designs, implements, and manages enterprise SD-WAN, SASE, secure remote access, cloud networking, and UCaaS solutions. Leads network transformation projects, supports Cato, Fortinet, Versa, and Cisco Meraki platforms, mentors engineers, provides advanced technical escalation, develops automation, documents solutions, and helps maintain client uptime SLAs. The role also performs network assessments, implements Zero Trust architectures, troubleshoots complex environments, and collaborates directly with clients and managed-services teams.
