Responsibilities include troubleshooting and configuring SD-WAN, routers, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP, data circuits, Microsoft systems, and LAN environments; provisioning new customers; coordinating with vendors; resolving issues through completion; maintaining customer relationships; and mentoring engineers.
