Drive innovation at Agilent by leading the design and implementation of scalable IT solutions that support software entitlement and license management. As a Lead IT Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a key role in crafting our next-generation platform, enabling post-sales monetization strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and technical leader passionate about optimization, compliance, and multi-functional teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and own the implementation of Agilent’s software entitlement management platform.
Collaborate with product and business teams to design licensing strategies aligned with B2B monetization goals.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with global data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, PII, CFR).
Integrate entitlement systems with enterprise IT platforms and ERP systems.
Partner with enterprise architects to align solutions with IT strategy and standards.
Lead technical teams and promote standard methodologies in platform adoption and optimization.
Communicate optimally with global partners through documentation and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT solution design and implementation.
- Confirmed experience leading medium to large technical teams.
- Solid understanding of software licensing models and backend integration with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in backend scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js or Python).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, IAM, caching, storage).
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing customer-facing applications.
- Interest or experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI tools.
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder engagement abilities.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least October 15, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $121,600.00 - $190,000.00/yr USD in the US, or $114,240.00 - $178,500.00/yr CAD in Canada, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
