We're looking for a proactive, knowledgeable IT Administrator to support our growing team across both office and remote environments. In this role, you’ll ensure our technology runs smoothly, our systems stay secure, and our employees receive exceptional support—no matter where they work.
What You’ll Do
Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops/workstations (Windows & macOS)
Manage mobile devices and applications through MDM tools
Install, update, and troubleshoot software, OS patches, drivers, and performance issues
Support and maintain office hardware including printers and peripherals
Provide hands-on assistance with hardware, software, authentication, and business apps
Assist with remote/hybrid setups and ongoing tech support
Resolve help desk tickets with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and customer service
Support widely used applications like Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, and Adobe Creative Suite
Research emerging tools and technologies to enhance IT processes
Assist in maintaining cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, encryption, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years in an IT support or administrator role
Strong experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and productivity tools
Experience with MDM/device management (JumpCloud a plus)
Knowledge of hardware diagnostics/repair, networking basics, VPNs, switches, wireless APs
Ability to support cabling, basic rack-mount tasks, and general IT infrastructure needs
Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong communication skills
Highly organized with a knack for managing multiple priorities
Bonus Points For
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms
Exposure to AWS or GCP environments
Apple Business Manager experience
Advanced Microsoft 365 or identity management skills
