ZutaCore is a leader in waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions for AI
and high-performance computing workloads. Reporting directly to the Vice
President of Marketing & Sales Operations, the Lead Generation & Events
Manager will play a critical role in designing and executing high-impact lead
generation strategies, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
and event execution.
What'll you do?
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in optimizing demand
generation programs, building multi-channel campaigns, and driving high-
quality leads into the sales pipeline. In addition, this role will take ownership of
planning and executing key industry events and conferences, ensuring
ZutaCore has a strong presence across strategic marketing moments that
generate pipeline.
This position collaborates closely with Product Marketing, Marketing/Sales
Operations, and Sales to ensure alignment and measurable success across
campaigns and event initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, with a focus on ABM
targeting enterprise accounts in Financial Services, NeoClouds, AI
Factories, Telecommunications, and Research Institutions. - Identify and engage high-value accounts using data-driven approaches to
drive awareness and demand. - Build and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including
email marketing, webinars, content marketing, social media, and digital
campaigns. - Manage account profiles/personas and nurture programs to improve
pipeline quality and conversion rates. - Partner with Product Marketing to craft personalized messaging and
campaigns that resonate with target accounts, ensuring alignment with
market positioning. - Work closely with Marketing Operations and Lead Qualification teams to streamline workflows, optimize lead management, and support pipeline acceleration.
- Analyze campaign metrics, reporting on lead quality, conversion performance, and pipeline opportunities to refine future strategies.
- Plan, manage, and execute ZutaCore’s participation in key industry events,including conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements.
- Own event logistics and coordination including booth planning, vendor management, event timelines, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site execution support.
- Coordinate event-related marketing assets, including messaging, collateral, presentations, demo requirements, and lead capture strategies.
- Work with Sales to drive pre-event promotion, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns to maximize pipeline impact.
- Track and report event performance metrics, including leads generated, meeting outcomes, and pipeline contribution.
- Stay current on industry best practices for lead generation, ABM, and event strategy, applying innovative techniques to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience driving ABM and lead generation programs, ideally in
B2B technology, AI infrastructure, or data center industries. - Experience planning and executing industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements with measurable pipeline impact.
- Expertise in ABM strategies, account segmentation, and multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage event timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in crafting account-focused messaging and campaign content aligned with sales and marketing goals.
