As a Lead Data Analyst for Market Analytics, you will design and implement comprehensive data and information architecture that supports Stryker’s Customer Solutions strategy in the Market Intelligence space. Your work will focus on creating enterprise-wide visibility into customer footprints and identifying opportunities through market and business intelligence. By delivering actionable insights, you will empower business leaders and sales teams to make informed decisions that drive strategy, negotiations, and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and internal solutions to meet evolving market analytics needs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics using tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Databricks.
- Translate complex market data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Monitor usage and adoption of analytics tools to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues promptly to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and deliver insights that support strategic decisions.
- Create and modify custom SQL queries for complex data pulls to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and deliver analytics solutions on time.
What You Will Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or an additional 6 years of data analysis experience in lieu of college degree.
- Minimum 4 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Knowledge of basic data modeling and core database concepts.
Preferred
- Masters Degree.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Familiarity with market intelligence tools and methodologies.
$87,600.00 - $186,700.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
