Job Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our AI Strategy & Experience team, focused on rapidly designing, developing, and validating AI-powered solutions through proof-of-concepts (POCs) and accelerated delivery models. This role plays a critical part in AI AMP engagements and agentic sprint initiatives, where we combine human expertise with AI tools and platforms to deliver tangible, high-impact solutions in compressed timeframes.

The AI Engineer will work at the intersection of strategy, design, and engineering to build agent-driven applications, generative interfaces, and intelligent experiences that redefine how users interact with digital systems. This includes developing LLM-powered capabilities, orchestrating agents, and integrating enterprise systems to support emerging Agentic Customer Experience (ACX) patterns.

Responsibilities

The AI Engineer is responsible for building and iterating on functional AI solutions that demonstrate business value and technical feasibility. This includes developing POCs, contributing to reusable accelerators, and supporting the evolution of production-ready architectures.

You will design and implement AI-driven features including LLM integrations, agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal interfaces. This role requires hands-on development across the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping through testing and refinement as part of structured sprint methodologies.

You will collaborate closely with strategists and designers to translate experience concepts into working solutions, ensuring alignment with ACX principles and generative interface patterns. This includes contributing to agent orchestration, service integration, and architecture planning activities that enable intelligent, adaptive user experiences.

A core part of the role is continuous experimentation and iteration, using telemetry, testing, and user feedback to refine solutions and inform future backlog development.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript, with experience building AI-enabled applications and services.

  • Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and retrieval techniques such as RAG, including the ability to design, test, and improve AI outputs.

  • Experience working with agent-based architectures, including orchestration patterns, tool usage, and multi-agent workflows.

  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, and system integration patterns required to connect AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and data sources.

  • Experience developing generative interfaces or conversational experiences that support dynamic, multimodal, and intent-driven interactions.

  • Understanding of testing, observability, and performance optimization for AI systems, including evaluation of model outputs and user experience outcomes.

  • Ability to operate in rapid, iterative environments, delivering high-quality outputs within compressed timelines such as agentic sprints.
