Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our centralized Launch business unit as a Launch Operations Manager! This key role is responsible for overseeing the successful launch of key programs across CLEAResult and optimize the current launch process and manage the launch team to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency for future program launches. Additionally, you will manage launches in regions where the regional Launch Project Strategists do not exist or are overbooked. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, training, and supporting a diverse team of direct and indirect launch managers and launch ambassadors across the organization to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of the standard launch process, adherence to robust reporting practices, and achievement of high-performance.
  • Project planning and management of new program launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans and meet success metrics/KPIs using the standardized approach.
  • Process improvement and standardization through analyzing program outcomes, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to refine and enhance the current launch process, documentation, templates, and tools.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing large-scale programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Asana, Workfront, and Trello) and methodologies. PMP Certification or equivalent would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to excellence and quality. Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes through strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience with energy efficiency and demand response technologies, policies, and best practices. Experience launching Energy Efficiency Marketplace and/or comprehensive Commercial & Industrial or Residential Energy Efficiency Portfolio Programs is preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, understand complex program designs, and easily translate that into a detailed plan for execution.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in program management, with a focus on energy efficiency or related fields.

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00
