Junior Systems Engineer III
As a Junior Systems Engineer with Integrity, you will:
- Support systems engineering activities across the lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, integration, and testing.
- Assist in defining and documenting system architectures, requirements, and interface control documents.
- Work closely with senior engineers and multi-disciplinary teams to address technical and mission assurance challenges.
- Conduct technical analysis to support system integration, verification, and validation efforts.
- Contribute to ground architecture design, acquisition strategies, and operational mission planning.
- Participate in system test strategy development, risk management processes, and digital engineering activities.
- Engage in technical discussions, status reporting, and briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or space operations (internship or academic project experience considered).
- Familiarity with systems engineering fundamentals, including requirements management, integration, and testing.
- Basic understanding of system architecture, hardware/software interfaces, and technical documentation.
- Active Top Secret clearance or Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 10%.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to protected MILSATCOM or related space/ground systems.
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, Cameo) and digital engineering techniques.
- Understanding of spacecraft subsystems, telemetry, and command & control operations.
- Experience with system test planning, mission operations, or cross-discipline collaboration.
- INCOSE ASEP certification or coursework in systems engineering methodologies.
This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking to grow their expertise in complex space and ground systems, with mentorship and training provided by experienced engineers.
Salary: $90,000-110,000 plus benefits
