Job DescriptionAs a Junior Creative Designer, you will support in the translation of creative assets across all our marketing channels.
You will assist the creative team in iteration of design files and specs, possessing a keen eye for detail and understanding of marketing. You will collaborate with our talented team of Brand Managers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and fellow Designers in our Denver office.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $75,000 annually.
Qualifications- Portfolio that showcases your diverse design work.
- Understanding of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects), and the Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Motion and video experience.
- Strong understanding of application of color, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative design approach.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
- Mindful approach to UX/UI best practices and responsive design.
- Knowledge or experience with AI features and tools.
- Interest in sports, casino, sportsbook, and other trending topics relevant to our industry.
- A degree in graphic design, interactive design, or a related field.
- Supporting the creative design team across various channels including website, app, organic and paid social, and CRM for the North American region.
- Designing and producing daily requests for site, app, or promotional changes.
- Organizing final artwork and uploading deliverables to share with channel owners.
- Ensuring all final creative is consistent and upholds the brand standards.
- Incorporating feedback thoughtfully and iterating quickly.
- Collaborating with the Art Director and designers to support on creative initiatives.
- Staying up to date on the latest trends in sports, casino, and sportsbook.
