Provides administrative support to Student Records and Registry Affairs Coordinators, including transcript and documentation processing, higher education council approvals, regulatory compliance, disciplinary procedures, appeals, and grievance administration. Maintains accurate records, communicates with internal departments, tracks assigned actions, and supports team operations. Requires strong organizational, written, numerical, and analytical skills, fluency in English, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, and a bachelor’s degree in administration or a related discipline.
Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Student Records and Registry Affairs Coordinators in their operations roles, and also to act as a backup during periods of training, vacation or sickness. This is a junior level position for a new graduate, and no previous experience is required.
Reports to:
This position will report, for line management purposes, to the Registry Services Manager
Main Duties:
• Assist the Student Records Coordinators for both Medicine and Nursing in all administrative activities related to providing students with student transcripts, student Documentation and also with approval of documentation with the Bahraini Higher Education Council (HEC)
• Assist the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with all aspects of regulatory affairs including Regulatory Compliance, Documentation, Communication, Administration relating to disciplinary procedures, appeals management and grievance resolution.
Main working relationships
• Registry Services Manager, Student Record Coordinator for Medicine, Student Record Coordinator for Nursing, Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, Academic Operation Coordinators.
• Participate in regular team meetings, complete actions as required and provided status updates for any assigned actions.
• Develop strong relationships with other RCSI internal departments, guaranteeing deliverables are met by ensuring the relationships are maintained and goals are achieved with a student centred focus.
• Must be a team player, willing to work closely with diverse team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Technical ability: Must be proficient in MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
· Arabic language: Would be advantageous, but
not eessential.
· English language: Must be fluent, and must be
able to read and write to a high standard.
· Personal skills: Must have good organizational
skills and to be able to work calmly under pressure and work to strict time
scales.
Educational Requirements
Essential:
· Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or
a related discipline.
· Demonstrable
academic or professional preparation in administration, organisational
management, data management, or a related area.
· Strong
written, numerical and analytical skills
Desirable:
• Additional training or qualifications in assessment, examinations, or academic quality assurance.
• Knowledge of higher education policies, regulatory requirements and quality assurance frameworks.
