• High ownership, you drive things through to done, without needing heavy oversight

• Genuine curiosity about manufacturing, hardware, or the physical world, not just software for its own sake

• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage pace

• Directness and integrity, even when it's the harder conversation

• A bias toward being in the room (or on the floor) over working at a distance
