Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Windows and Linux server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for server infrastructure.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity utilization, and take proactive measures to optimize performance and prevent disruptions.
• Implement and manage patch management processes, ensuring servers are up to date with the latest security patches and software updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements and develop scalable and reliable server solutions.
• Respond to and resolve server-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to protect servers from potential vulnerabilities and security threats.
• Create and maintain documentation, including server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to Windows and Linux server administration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on server-related issues and initiatives.
