We are seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) with a proficiency in multi-tasking, good verbal and written communications, and highly skilled in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD-503 security accreditation for various assessment and authorization (A&A) efforts, to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. - Demonstrated skillset in security RMF and ICD-503 documentations such as contingency plan (CP)
- Ability to gather artifacts in support of controls and risk elements for closure
- Ability to take a new system through all the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) phases to Authorization to Operate (ATO)
- Ability to understand and support the Continuous Monitoring A&A phase
- Ability to communicate effectively with the ISSM, Security Controls Assessor, and Security Auditors
- Ability to take risk elements and convert to Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to coordinate across organizations with leadership, project managers, and engineers to achieve requirements for ATD, IATT, and ATO
- Demonstrated skillset with security tools and reporting such as Greenlight, Rapid7, WebInspect, Splunk
