Candidates need at least five years of ironworking experience and must pass 3G and 4G SMAW weld tests.

Position and Responsibilities
- Hanging, connecting, installing iron.
- Cut, position, bolt down steel bars.
- Erect steel frames.
- Direct operation of cranes to move structural steel, reinforcing bars, and other materials onto and around the construction site.
- Make sure all pieces are fitted properly and complete repairs as necessary
Qualifications
- Ensure quality workmanship on all completed work.
- Capable of meeting or exceeding established production standards.
- Trade specific workforce quality.
- Maintain sufficient personal hand tools for assigned tasks.
- Perform quality control inspections on RK work.
- A minimum of 5 years of ironworking experience required.
- Prior to being hired must be capable of proficiently passing 3G & 4G SMAW weld test.
Minimum Physical Requirements
- Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
- Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
- Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
- Work in all types of weather.
- Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
- Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects
