Employee referral opportunity for recommending physicians, providers, care coordinators, medical assistants, technicians, and office staff. Referrers submit the candidate’s contact information and optionally a resume, provide their own contact details, and receive a bonus after the referral completes 90 days. The Talent Acquisition team manages follow-up and hiring.

- Physicians (Medical Directors, Attending, Collaborating): $3,500 (Limited Time Only!)
- Providers (Primary Care, Subspecialty): $2,500
- Care Coordinators (Brooklyn & Florida Hubs): $1,000
- Medical Assistants and Techs: $1,000
- Office Staff: $500
