Responsibilities

- Measure, communicate, and document business impact through operational metrics, adoption tracking, executive reporting, reusable workflows, training materials, and established guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data and developing actionable recommendations.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence initiatives through academic, internship, or project work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with AI, Artificial Intelligence, or AI-Assisted tools used for business analysis, process optimization, reporting, or productivity improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Copilot, or similar analytics and automation tools.
- Knowledge of dashboard development, business intelligence reporting, operational metrics, or workflow optimization.
- Exposure to customer qualification, product enablement, program management, or technology-focused business operations.
- Experience Applying AI or Leveraging AI to improve efficiency, automate workflows, generate insights, or support business decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed stakeholders.
