Job Responsibilities
Manage and review catalogues for marketing and outside services commodities.
Perform sourcing across various categories, scope includes preparation of RFP documents, setting up of Ariba sourcing for bid submissions, consolidating proposal, management of presentation and feedback.
Management of operational feedback from users on key sourcing projects.
Troubleshoot invoicing issues in Ariba and liaise with Accounts Payable and Suppliers to resolve issues.
Support the procurement team on contract monitoring and management activities.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements.
Experience
No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Possess basic computer literacy.
Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical role and long-term strategic initiatives.
Proactive, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, and adapts effectively to fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data, and document procedures.
Approachable and responds appropriately to queries and feedback.
