Job Description:

Provide engineering project support in Ion Implantation, successful applicant will assist in process recipe creation and process tool optimization.

Responsibilities

• Daily activities include working with a process engineer to complete projects critical to our production and quality goals.
• Must be able to work with minimal oversight and be able to obtain quick meaningful progress independently.

Position
 Internship, hours are flexible.  Expected period and duration is flexible.  

Requirements/Qualifications:

Desired Skills

• Good problem solving track record.
• Ability to learn and develop expertise in new software applications specific to Microchip manufacturing, automation, and control systems.
• Basic programing skills required
• Must be able to work in a clean room environment.

Education
Currently enrolled in a four-year or graduate program in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or Physics.

Must be local to the area for the duration of the internship.
