LastPass is looking for an Instructional Designer:

This role plays a key part in shaping meaningful learning experiences that support growth across the organization. In this position, you will design, develop, and administer engaging training content - including presentations, e‑learning modules, and resource materials - that help teams build skills and stay aligned. You’ll make a direct impact by closing knowledge gaps, enhancing performance, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed. 

This role follows a hybrid work model and requires working onsite in our Denver, CO office 2 days per week.

The Enablement team strengthens organizational effectiveness by creating learning experiences that empower employees at every level. We collaborate across departments to deliver thoughtful, scalable training solutions that support growth, drive consistency, and elevate overall performance.

Who will you work with?

You’ll work closely with subject‑matter experts, cross‑functional partners, and internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective solutions. You’ll also collaborate directly with learners to gather insights, refine content, and ensure training resonates and drives measurable impact. 

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Design and develop interactive learning materials - such as presentations, e‑learning courses, and reference guides - using instructional design best practices
  • Create high‑quality content with tools like Canva, Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Manage learning content by uploading, organizing, and updating materials within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Track and report learner engagement, training completion, and overall effectiveness
  • Facilitate or support live and virtual training sessions, coordinating logistics and communicating with learners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify learning needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Experience in instructional design or a related learning and development role, ideally within a SaaS or digital sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and facilitate impactful training for sales audiences in both virtual and in‑person settings
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and SaaS sales processes
  • Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e‑learning tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while adapting to shifting priorities
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach and comfort working cross‑functionally with diverse groups
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive - able to take initiative and drive results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Base Pay Range
$74,000$92,500 USD
