Workstyle: Remote
Reports to: Director, Sales Enablement
Travel Expectations: Up to 10% for facilitation, team planning, or in-market training

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to bring training programs to life through high-impact learning materials and sales collateral. You’ll be instrumental in helping our revenue organization ramp faster, learn smarter, and engage more deeply through purposeful design. Ideal candidates will bring:
3+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or learning & development. Experience with revenue or sales-specific training preferred.
Proficiency with design and authoring tools such as Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Articulate/Rise
Experience producing materials like presentations, pitch decks, job aids, battle cards, and microlearning videos
A strong understanding of adult learning principles and content structuring for retention and engagement
Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally with trainers, sales teams, and subject matter experts
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with the Curriculum Lead to design and develop content across all sales and customer success training programs
Create visually compelling and informative collateral, including pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, battle cards, and internal-facing enablement resources
Design and script training videos and asynchronous learning experiences tailored to different roles and formats (e.g., onboarding, refresher, role-specific learning)
Ensure all materials reflect current product knowledge, messaging, and best practices—adapting as needed based on input from subject matter experts
Align content deliverables with learning objectives, assessments, and broader enablement strategies
Maintain an organized, searchable repository of enablement assets for use across the revenue org
Collaborate with enablement partners to continuously assess content effectiveness and recommend improvements

Engagement and usability of training and enablement resources
Feedback from learners and stakeholders on clarity, impact, and applicability
Contribution to overall enablement effectiveness, as evidenced by improved rep readiness and performance

Your ability to craft clear, engaging content will directly support the growth and development of Inkers across all sales functions. By building resources that empower reps and scale knowledge, you’ll help ensure every customer interaction is informed, confident, and brand-aligned.
