Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This role focuses on solving complex enablement challenges by designing, developing, and organizing comprehensive training and enablement programs that align with organizational goals. The position drives learner engagement and performance through the creation of targeted eLearning modules, job aids, and instructor-led materials. By regularly updating curricula and staying current on modern enablement strategies and instructional design trends, the role ensures that training resources reflect evolving technologies and business processes. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, this position plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, impactful enablement and learning strategies across the enterprise.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Design, develop, and organize comprehensive enablement materials and training programs that align with organizational goals and learner needs
  • Create clear, engaging, and targeted content, including lesson plans, assessments, job aids, and instructor-led materials
  • Draft clear, targeted training communications that align with business objectives and address specific stakeholder needs
  • Regularly update enablement resources and curricula to reflect changes in content, technology, or business processes
  • Stay current on enablement trends and instructional design best practices, applying new techniques and tools to enhance learning strategies
  • Leverage AI productivity tools and modern learning technologies to accelerate content creation and enhance interactivity

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate, and multimedia resources to create interactive and engaging content
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in the design and delivery of practical, engaging enablement programs
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and tasks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality instructional materials on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure final products meet business expectations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, question assumptions, evaluate information, and develop practical, evidence-based solutions for complex enablement challenges
  • Flexibility in responding to changing business needs, technologies, and evolving requirements, balanced with precision and high accuracy in all deliverables

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in enablement strategy, instructional design, or content development
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate
    • Multimedia resource development

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
