As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage more deeply in sales activities, leveraging an understanding of the company's offerings to identify and qualify leads more effectively. You will assist in more detailed customer interactions and support the overall sales strategy by managing records and documenting sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle more complex inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Process and confirm orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records with a higher degree of accuracy.
- Qualify and prioritize sales leads based on potential value.
- Record detailed sales prospecting activities.
- Create and send more complex sales quotes and proposals.
- Address intermediate customer inquiries about products and services.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for large orders.
- Support team in managing larger sales projects.
- Provide feedback to sales management on customer trends.
Skills:
- 1+ years industry (corporate compliance, registered agent, or similar) experience within an inside sales role
- Advanced Customer Service Orientation: Deeper understanding of customer needs.
- Effective Sales Techniques: Enhanced sales tactics and strategies.
- Advanced Communication Skills: More nuanced and effective communication.
- Proficient CRM Software Use: Greater comfort with CRM tools.

Compensation:
$34,300.00 - $57,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Commission.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
