What You'll Do
This role is built for someone who knows how to work a phone, close under pressure, and hit a number — every single day.
- Own a portfolio of open court hearings — working your accounts daily through calls, texts, and emails to secure attorney coverage
- Negotiate rates in real time, including above-standard offers in competitive markets, while protecting margin — think of it as closing a deal on a tight timeline
- Triage a fast-moving pipeline of competing priorities, make confident judgment calls, and communicate decisions clearly to your team
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset
- Track your activity, confirm assignments, and keep pipeline data accurate for reporting — your numbers tell your story
- Partner cross-functionally to identify coverage gaps and drive process improvements proactively
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in high-volume outbound or inbound calling — you're comfortable on the phone and efficient with every interaction
- Real negotiation experience: you know how to handle a counteroffer, hold your position on price, and still get to yes
- Strong pipeline instincts — you can prioritize a full book of open accounts, make sound calls quickly, and explain your reasoning
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously without anything slipping through the cracks
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus
- A consistent history of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven environment
