Objective:

Sunday is looking for a creative, analytical, and business-minded Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to grow our creator, affiliate, and retail partnership programs, anchored by a network of creators whose content directly fuels our paid performance engine.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role focused primarily on organic posts, reach, or impressions. This role takes full ownership of our influencer program, building a high-volume network of creators who produce authentic, performance-driven content that can be scaled through paid media. Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, you will help prioritize where to focus impact, from long-term creator relationships and partnership ads sourcing to affiliate expansion and product seeding.

We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for great content and the instincts to know why it performs, someone who will find the right creators, build strong partnerships, and turn those partnerships into ads that drive meaningful growth. You'll work closely with our paid social manager and creative agencies to understand what is working, recruit more of it, build new and exciting concepts, and continuously improve the quality and performance of our creator network.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Partnerships

  • Build a strong pipeline of creators across different personas, niches, and content formats, prioritizing content quality over follower count, with an eye toward what drives DTC subscriptions and retail sell-through.
  • Partner with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance, identify winning creators and concepts, and continuously improve recruitment and briefs.
  • Build reporting and processes around creator performance, including spend, CAC, ROAS, creative winners (including hit rate) and creator-level results.
  • Test new influencer formats, incentives, and programs to identify scalable growth drivers.
  • Manage the internal content approval process by coordinating feedback from relevant team members, consolidating edits, and communicating final feedback to influencers.
  • Partner with Brand and R&D to keep creator briefs and content on-brand, factually accurate, and regulation-compliant
  • Scout and test new UGC and influencer sourcing platforms to continuously improve how we discover and recruit creators.
  • Leverage seeded content to generate UGC, inform creative, and support paid campaigns.
  • Develop and evolve clear creator briefs that fit our content strategy, while leaving room for creators to express fresh ideas and let new angles emerge.

Affiliate & Ambassador Programs

  • Lead and expand Sunday’s affiliate and ambassador programs to grow performance-driven partnerships.
  • Define KPIs and track ROI with Growth and Analytics teams.
  • Explore new affiliate verticals and publishers that complement broader creator strategies.
  • Build and manage a testing roadmap across partners, offers, and tracking setups
  • Monitor quality, fraud, and brand risk; optimize toward partners who drive efficient, quality customer acquisition.

Retail Collaboration

  • Partner with Retail and Growth teams to develop creator and affiliate programs that support retail sell-through and in-store/online campaigns.
  • Align partnerships with key retail initiatives, launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Share performance insights to optimize retail-focused programs and scale initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

Social Media

  • Support social media scheduling and posting utilizing existing social media content
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
  • Deep understanding of creator and social media culture, including what makes content perform across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of paid creator content, Meta advertising, partnership ads, usage rights, and performance metrics.
  • Analytical and creative, comfortable turning data into actionable insights and testing hypotheses.
  • Confident negotiator and relationship builder who is comfortable working directly with talent and management.
  • Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.
  • Curious with a growth mindset. You think like the CEO of your programs, owning strategy, execution, and results from end to end.

Core Competencies:

  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Expertise
  • Problem Solving and Evaluating Alternatives
  • Feedback & Resilience
  • Scope & Autonomy
  • Prioritization
Why This Role Matters

You will define how Sunday shows up through creators, affiliates, and partnerships, from long-term creator relationships to a growing affiliate business to the partnership ads that turn great content into growth. The role offers autonomy, measurable impact, and room to grow, tied directly to broader marketing and business goals.
