  • Assisting and executing the development of projects from concept through production.
  • Individual exploration of blue-sky concept-projects.
  • Coordinating the use and maintenance of the industrial design shop.
  • Creation of a portfolio containing all work completed at SRAM.

Qualifications
  • Working towards or completed a BA/BS/BSA in Industrial Design or equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about design.
  • Ability to handle many projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a global team environment.
  • Good demonstration of skill in the following: Ergonomic Exploration, CAD Modeling, Problem Solving, Model Making, Graphic Development, Material and Processes, and Sketching.
  • This internship will occur during summer 2026.
  • The compensation range for this role is $17 - $25 per hour based on skills and experience level.
