Develops and delivers technical product education for distributors, retailers, OEMs, service centers, industry partners, and internal teams across North America. Responsibilities include creating curriculum, presenting in person and digitally, answering product questions, coordinating training logistics and schedules, managing the STU Online LMS, reporting training metrics, and adapting education to market needs. The role requires strong cycling industry knowledge, mechanical aptitude, bilingual English and Spanish communication, project management, public speaking, and up to 40% travel.

Leads digital marketing projects by breaking strategic goals into actionable tasks, managing timelines, resources, dependencies, and project tools. Coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates meetings, tracks performance, ensures quality and alignment with organizational objectives, and drives process improvements. The role also supports client relationships, digital marketing initiatives, UX/UI best practices, e-commerce trends, and design execution.

Develops mechanical test plans, procedures, and methods for SRAM products; builds and improves automated test systems for mechatronic devices; analyzes product behavior and test data; resolves testing issues; applies statistics and reliability principles; and communicates results to support product development.
