About Mangomint

Mangomint is the platform salons, spas, and beauty professionals use to run and grow their businesses. Thousands of industry professionals rely on Mangomint every day for the workflows that matter most: bookings, payments, client communication, staff operations, marketing, business performance, and more. We’re already the highest-rated salon and spa software platform, and we’ve earned that position by building a product customers love.

We’re an ambitious and collaborative team that comes together in person every few months. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for high-potential, hard-working people who want to do the best work of their careers on a team that’s built to win.

About the Role

As an Implementation Manager at Mangomint, you'll ensure our customers experience a seamless transition from their previous software. You'll lead data migrations using both hands-on file work and automated tools, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, technical curiosity, and strong collaboration skills to transform what could be a stressful process into a positive customer experience. We're seeking someone with experience migrating complex customer data between software platforms, particularly in categories where data migration is mission-critical: CRM, ERP, accounting, payroll/HRIS, healthcare, POS, vertical SaaS, property management, or e-commerce.

In this role, you will:

  • Process an average of 40+ import tickets daily

  • Clean, reformat, and validate customer data. Examples include: client records, gift cards, products, and marketing lists.

  • Monitor automated jobs: catch stalled runs, triage error alerts, and work with engineering on fixes and new platform support

  • Ownership of quality assurance on every import ticket

  • Flag anything unexpected clearly and promptly

  • Coordinate with Onboarding Managers, Account Executives, and Support Team to keep imports aligned with what customers actually need

  • Create and maintain documentation to ensure the whole team follows consistent, repeatable processes

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience with data migration between software platforms, ideally in an onboarding or implementation role

  • Capable of cleaning messy spreadsheets, organizing inconsistent data with an eye for discrepancies

  • Sharp attention to detail — errors directly impact customer operations and trust

  • Clear, proactive communicator

  • Ability to document as you go to enable knowledge sharing

  • Thrives in structure and processes

  • Organized and able to juggle multiple open tickets against a defined deadline

  • Experience working in a fully remote environment is a plus

  • This role requires careful handling of sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA requirements

What You’ll Love About Mangomint
  • Health, dental, vision, life & LTD insurance

  • Generous monthly wellness budget for gym memberships, yoga, etc.

  • Premium subscription to the Calm app & One Medical membership

  • Flexible and unlimited PTO

  • 401k plan available (no matching)

  • Employee stock option program

Mangomint is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate against any employee or job applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability and genetic information (including family medical history).
