Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Imaging Operations Specialist to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume document conversion, ensuring data integrity through precise indexing, and maintaining the security standards required to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Lead the end-to-end document digitization process by preparing, scanning, and indexing hard copy records into electronic images while maintaining strict quality and production rate standards.
  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with the operations team and management to identify workflow efficiencies and ensure all internal tracking documentation is accurately completed.
  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with federal security requirements and organizational data handling policies to protect sensitive information.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, indexing, or high-volume production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of PC operations, imaging software, and document control procedures.
  • Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy at a sustained pace and performing physical document preparation (e.g., sorting, filing, and removing staples).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

  • Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm.
