Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Digitizing Records Specialist to join our Document Management Solutions (DMS) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-speed document preparation and scanning tasks, maintaining a 10,000 KPH (50 WPM) keystroke minimum, and ensuring all contract-specific compliance standards—including US Citizenship and cleared background/drug screenings—are met.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the initiation of the imaging process by sorting and preparing hard-copy records and scanning them into high-quality electronic images to meet conversion objectives.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Imaging Center personnel and supervisors to provide production updates and clarify job-specific requirements to ensure collective outcomes are met.
Responsibility 3: Ensure strict compliance with production procedures, internal documentation tracking, and Imaging Center safety and cleanliness standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
0-2 years of experience in a high-volume production, data entry, or document management environment.
Strong knowledge of PC operations, computer-related products, and the ability to maintain record order and sequence with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while working independently with minimal supervision.
High School diploma or equivalent; proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication) is required.
