As an intern, this role will be assisting plant IL6S team, especially Organization Pillar, in IDP (Individual Development Plan) system development and executions. IDP is a system used by MDLZ Organization Pillar / HR team to evaluate employee in quarterly basis for determining performance rating and design further career growth plan. This job includes in continue reviewing the existing IDP system workflow, execute planning with cross-functional managers for Year End Review IDP, monitor the coaching sessions and arrange further actions for employee development.
Meanwhile, this role will also contribute to other Organization Pillar activities and projects, such as managing reward and recognitions programs, onboarding system improvements, and other relevant projects. During the period, the intern will also be able to learn on end-to-end production, contribute in analyzing and problem solving on talent development gaps at production line, also give great contribution thru value-added activities in long-time improvements of talent development programs.
Main Project (6 months)
IDP System Implementation:
1st Month
1. Observe and understand different employee job types and requirements.
2. Understand skill matrix, targets (KPI KAI), career path, and detailed expectations for each role.
3. Review the current IDP system workflow, tools, standards according to point 1 & 2.
4. Arrange schedule and training material for the line managers to conduct IDP kick off and continuous execution of IDP for Q2 or H1 performance result.
5. Facilitate IDP training for line managers as per created workflow on point 3 & 4.
Next 2 Months
1. Arrange and conduct IDP kick off with the line managers and plant leaderships.
2. Monitor 1:1 IDP session completions by each line managers and summarize 1:1 IDP session result (employee and manager feedback, improvements required).
3. Collaborate with relevant teams to follow up and execute IDP actions.
Next 3 months
1. Repeat IDP cycle preparation for Q1 result review and Q2 review preparation.
2. Continuously improve IDP and talent development system and tools.
3. Handover the IDP system ownership to plant team before end of internship.

Requirements:
- Final year student from any majors (preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology major).
- Interested in industrial HR; especially in coaching and building talent development programs for food manufacturing company.
- Agile over perfection, structured, communicative, self-driven and possess high willingness to learn new things.
- Excellent in data collection, problem-solving and analytical skills, can led discussions between stakeholders.
- Able to use Ms. Office (minimum Excel, PPT, Word) is required.
- Additional point on visualization skills using Canva, Power BI, or other visualization and illustration tools.
- Show good proactiveness in organizations, extracurricular activities, internship, or business case competitions.
- Comfortable in both Bahasa and English-speaking environment
