The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for interacting with new & existing customers primarily by phone and email. Provides support to customers and account managers by maintaining frequent communication with both and by helping troubleshoot problems. Works under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; relays on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Hybrid Schedule: Hybrid Schedule will begin after training is complete in 6-12 months
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains frequent communication with customer base and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction

Facilitates the scheduling of orders and resolving issues including, but not limited to: back orders, on-hold orders

Review order status and ensure timely picks to meet delivery deadlines

Complete and accurate data entry of quote/order details per take off specifications

Work independently to meet individual goals while supporting the team to meet team goals

Communicates sample needs for customers/dealers/contractors with the plant

Corresponds regularly with customers, i.e., Brand Bulletins, Brochures, and any program updates

Works with account managers to comply with customer request and to solve customer problems

Maintains positive relationships with sales, shipping and other internal departments

Works with Product Managers to enhance sales programs

Attends shows and product introductions when necessary

Attends various product trainings, as needed

Prepares various reports and correspondence as required

Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
-
Minimum of high school graduate
-
Minimum two years of experience in customer services
-
Strong communication skills, written & oral, ability to multitask

Organized and excellent attention to detail
-
Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
Compensation & Benefit Information:
Hourly Pay Range: $24.00-28.00 per hour
Bonus/Incentive Pay
Position eligible for quarterly bonus; with an additional discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
